How can I predict secretion systems from a bacterial genome?
Hello, everyone! I would like some suggestions from you. I have a bacterial genome assembled and I would like to find the 6 types of secretion systems bacteria may have. I've tried TXSSCAN, but it's not so obvious as I thought. It splits some systems in at least 2 or 3 parts.
Do you know any software, online service to search and predict these systems on a bacterial genome?
