Fst Calculation and Visualization
Dear all, I am working with ddRAD data, and I have allele and genotype frequencies of different SNPs in different populations. I have calculated Fst among the population with vcftools, Now I want to calculate pairwise FST then present it with hamilton plot, do you have any suggestion how can make it thanks a lot for your kind help
