Forum: ssDNA Aptamer structure prediction
Hi everyone,
I work on Aptamers. I am searching some tools to predict 3D structure of ssDNA aptamers. i have predicted 2D structure using Mfold. based on that I have predicted RNA structure of it using RNA compose and I have even converted U to T using mutagenesis tool. now i just have to convert ribose to deoxyribose. I am trying to do it using Python script of http://2016.igem.org/Team:INSA-Lyon/Software. can anyone suggest me some ways to do this? it would really help me
