Hi everyone, I'm looking for a tutor to help with bioinformatics for doing some comparative genomics. I'm completely new at bioinformatics and am trying to learn from internet sources by myself but I get stuck with a new question and error code at every step. I'm trying to a genus' core metabolic pathways and metabolisms of substrates. I'm currently using KBase to run some of my analysis but I don't even know if what I am doing is correct. I would love some help with analysis and interpretations as well.
