Best website to identify clinical research with available data?

Hello -

I am looking to find clinical research papers for a specific disease, where the data (ideally RNA-seq) is available to download.

So far, I have checked the following websites: - OmicsDI (which includes websites like GEO, Array Express, PRIDE, etc) - Clinical Trials - cBioPortal

Are there any other obvious places to check?

Is Clinical Trials above = https://clinicaltrials.gov/?

You may be best off searching for the data in SRA via sra-explorer first: sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks
