Where can I find the histone modification marks for dementia-related diseases
Hi,
I am looking for histone modification marks (preferably H3K4me3, or H3K27ac) profiled in different dementia-related diseases e.g. Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. I have looked into many resources (GEO, arrayExpress, repositive) but no luck so far. Can anybody point me out towards a specific study or such dataset available in disease-control condition, ideally from postmortem brain tissues.
Thank you.

LONI is one of the largest repositories (if not the largest) of data for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, however, unfortunately, they did not do ChIP profiling.
