flashpca has these regions to exclude when running pca:

but they are in hg 19 coordinates, I am trying to figure out the corresponding hg 38 coordinates

I know region 2 is MHC, googling puts this at chr6:28,510,120-33,480,577

I think region 3 is chr 8 inversion region, although I am having trouble finding these coordinates

I have no idea what region 1 and 4 are.

Does anyone know what regions 1 and 4 are and what their coordinates in hg38 are? Also does anyone know chr 8 inversion region coordinates in hg38?
