ERROR RAISED DURING STEP: Assign taxonomy
Hi
I have installed QIIME and I am going over ''454 Overview Tutorial: de novo OTU picking and diversity analyses using 454 data'' trying to apply each step using data provided in the QIIME website.
I have encountered an error trying to perform ''De novo OTU picking'' section of the tutorial using pick_de_novo_otus.py. I also looked at my directory and I noticed that the file containing Taxonomic Assignment has not been created.
Sorry I am a newbie in Qiime.

Command run was:
assign_taxonomy.py -o otus/uclust_assigned_taxonomy -i otus/rep_set//seqs_rep_set.fasta
