Microarray data do not have GEO2R option?

Hi, Be sure that the platform is actually microarray, and that your are on the Reference Series, rather than datasets.

I was talking about this series GSE97418. It's microarray data.
If you try the geoR link for this series it just says there is no data for analysis. Perhaps because these seem to be
circRNAdata.This series GSE101684 also contain circRNA data but it has GEO2R function to use.
I suggest that you email GEO help desk and ask them. NCBI support may take one or two business days to respond so you will need to be patient.
