Hello,

I am looking to calculate the Nx for many contig assemblies. I know Quast computes this but it makes a graph for a single assembly and does not provide the Nx values. I would like to get the Nx values in a text file so that I can use this for comparing with my other assemblies. I am unable to find the appropriate tool to calculate this.

Can anyone advice me on this.
