extract only reads repeated more than 10 times from BLASTp excel sheet output

Hi EveryOne,

I have BLASTp output which contains 8 columns, the 3rd column contains repeated aminiacid sequences one cell by one cell. Now i want to extract only reads which is repeated more than 10 times in 3rd column (along with other 7 columns). thanks. Sorry for not giving any examples, because the format is not fitting correctly in here.

hmmm, without at least some example data/output it will be quite impossible to assist you in this :/

it sounds already that is not a direct (normal?) blastp output file, correct? So you processed the output from blast already to get to the format you describe?

You can code-mark-up as follows: selecting the text and clicking the 101010 button. When you compose or edit a post that button is in your toolbar, see image below:

This should allow all kind of formats to be posted here (no need to post the whole output, the first 10-20 lines will do I suppose)
