SNP count between two strains of a species
Hi everyone,
I have checked the SNPs between several different strains of E.coli with the reference and found varying numbers from 6.000 to 60.000. is it normal as all of the isolates were collected from the same host species (different individuals though) and responsible for the same disease? I used SnpEff for this analysis.
