Hi,

I'm trying to get Metaboanalyst.ca to accpet my dataset, but it says Checking data content ...failed at the Dataset integrity check. I've arranged so that it has samples on the rows.

I believe the problem might be that I have one column for the treatment labelling, but shouldn't this be acceptable as it's considered as class labels ?

Could someone please tell me in what format does MetaboAnalyst accept datasets?
