The annual meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) puts many of the talks on-line for either registrants or members of the society. The Biology of Genomes conference, held each May at Cold Spring Harbor, makes the talks available to participants or those who pay a fee to watch live. These and many other examples from conferences are available for a short time frame.

You can find many interesting items at the DNA Learning Center of Cold Spring Harbor.

Increasingly, journals are highlighting key papers with short videos. Check your favorite journal websites.

Numerous courses and lectures given at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are available on-line. Look here and at their OpenCourseWare.

Added in edit on 20 Apr 2012: Check the multimedia site at genome.gov for video and audio with respect to health and genomics. The site for the NIH Director has available numerous speeches (not all by him), some on science and some on policy. Additionally, try this for NIH's videocasts of seminars; the site is searchable.

From the UK, the Wellcome Trust has a YouTube channel. At the Sanger Centre site, under Public Engagement, you can find a link to their YourGenome.org collection of videos (under the "Online" tab).

I frequently get asked to recommend workshops or online learning resources for bioinformatics, genomics, statistics, and programming. Whenever Big Companies are attending seminar they usually open webinar sessions. Geneious Pro had one at the latest ASHG in Montreal. I don't know your area of spec so maybe you can try to make your way through seminar and conferences.

Other than that I agree it's really hard to find.
