SNP Feature File
I am a bit confused on how to generate a SNP Feature File for Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
I am trying to carry out a SNP Analysis on the different strains in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. My understanding is that we need to generate a SNP Feature File which is to be used for the Base Recalibration step, as well as the Haplotype Calling step.
Please do advice me on how to proceed further.
