Assuming you're using a Linux/Unix system. Download the exonerate binaries from the web and make sure they are in the PATH environment.

Actually i'm planning to run the exonerate on hpc cluster platform because of my system ran out of memory. So how do i install exonerate o the server ? is the available linux binaries enough for this ? could u please give me a clarification on this ?
