NGS data repositories for COVID?

Hi Biostars!

Anyone know if there are publicly available immune repertoire/BCR sequencing or phage display datasets for COVID? Not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this question - but we have some analytic tools and machine learning approaches that would greatly benefit from a relevant dataset.

If you search NCBI SRA using sra-explorer (LINK) using SARS-CoV-2 there are 450+ datasets that show up. That is the extent of currently available public datasets related to this virus. Add additional search terms to limit results as needed. You will need to keep checking in, if you don't find what you are interested in.
