Enrichr significance, q value is always >0.05?

Hi, I was using the tool enrichr and they colored the significant result (p value cut off?) as some shade of red, and that the insiginificant result as some shade of grey. While there are a lot of red bars, when I looked at the table view, none of them has a signficiant q value. I was wondering if I can still consider them significant by looking at the combined score and the p-value. Any input would be helpful.Example of the result

No, you need to use the q-values (to account for multiple comparisons in exploratory analysis).
