Wanted:

Degree-educated Clinical Bioinformatician with access to a clinical bioinformatics pipeline for a one-off piece of work. Must be familiar with routine analysis of NGS patient data to identify clinical insights.

Duties: Analysis of synthetically generated NGS files (fastp & fastq formats, 1GB download required) using current clinical bioinformatics tools and provision of feedback via an online response form.

Pay: £200 for completion of 2 analyses and delivery of a small feedback form/report on each. Further paid tasks of work may follow. (Note: Job offer limited to first 20 applicants)
