Hi

I am trying to do cell type enrichment of some affymetrix array data using xCell web interface - https://xcell.ucsf.edu/ (not quite famillar with R yet). I`ve formatted my expression matrix as tab-delimited file as required, but still get an error. Tried different methods, including direct comparing with example data set (which works smoothly) but still get an error. I wonder if i am missing something in text formatting or problem is associated with the data itself. Thanks for your help. Both files are provided below.
