Is there a list of the ligand functions?
Hello,
I would like to have information regarding the relevance of some ligands in structures extracted from the PDB.
Could be nice to found something like this:
PDB_ID Ligand_3letters_ID functions(solvent, cofactor, ion, inhibitor, chelator, etc)
Does anyone know where I can find this kind of information?

Can you provide some examples?
Ideally, something like this:
1DS1 A SO4 solvent,counter-ion
1DS1 A AKG solvent,counter-ion
1DS1 A PGO solvent
1DS1 A FE2 ion
PDB_ID chain_ID 3Letters_ID description
