Hi, I am a graduated master student in genetics, familiar with bioinformatics skills in WES,WGS,scRNA seq, WGBS, can setup analysis pipeline by shell script, perl; familiar with R to analysis and draw pictures, python to get info from website, also run Docker, sigularity, galaxy platform...

Looking for bioinformatics analyst/bioinformatician position, if your lab or you know some lab has opening position, thanks for help telling me, best wishes!
