I am using a virtual environment (in Windows 10) for a small project and I need to use ncbi-blast however, even though I placed blast in the PATH variable, the virtual environment does not recognize it.

BLAST works in the command prompt but inside the virtual environment, it does not and gives this error:

makeblastdb : The term 'makeblastdb' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.
