Hello all, i will be getting genotyping data from illumina soon, but i am new to genomestudio. I have been reading lots of papers as to how to QC/analyze in GS. Just few questions...Will GS send manifest files, cluster files and sample sheet along with my genotyping report or do i have to download them myself from the illumina website. I know the question sounds very silly, but as i said, I am completely new to GS...hope to get valuable feedbacks/replies. Thanx
