Busco Folder: prfl
Hello
{lease I have a problem in Busco , when I tried to run the command line , it shows error msg with the Data set I provided (The dataset you provided lacks elements/Folder: prfl
I downloaded the data set from Busco web site https://busco.ezlab.org/frames/bact.htm and I don't know why this folder is missing
Any solutions please?

I I downloaded it manualy here's the link i used https://busco.ezlab.org/busco_v4_data.html
which version of BUSCO are you running?
from version 4 onward , it will download the necessary datasets itself (and put it in the correct place)
