Can anyone suggest me the R package for annotating probe ID of platform-GPL16384 [miRNA-3] Affymetrix Multispecies miRNA-3 Array? I even tried by downloading the GPL file from GEO database and tried to annotate but when I open the file there was no "Gene symbol" or "Gene ID" or "Entrez Gene ID". So how do I annotate probe ID of platform GPL16384 (miRNA-3)? I have also checked the biomaRt package but there is no probe ID annotation for GPL16384 platform.
