Software for analysing mass spectrometry data on Linux

Hi there,

can someone recommend me a programme for analysing mass spec data from a Bruker MS which runs on Linux?

I already tried installing the data analysing application provided by Bruker via wine. Unfortunately, while the install worked and it starts, it crashes upon opening data files.

I think maxquant can handle Bruker data and recent version run on Linux.
