I can not find where to download GeneHancer Database.

the alternative download is below link.

This link is provided by oncobase(another Database) , not GeneHancer.

However, i want to download directly to Genehancer

They do not make it directly available. You can download it on a chromosome by chromosome basis through the UCSC table browser, though it's a bit tedious.
