Forum: Highest Throughtput Illumina Lane Submitted To The Sra Read Archives?
This is just out of curiosity, since a colleague was asking me what is the highest theoretical throughput of an Illumina sequencing experiment. I pointed it's 600GBp per run of 16 lanes but I haven't seen yet a FASTQ file from a lane being submitted to the public SRAs that reaches that amount. I would like to know what is the highest that people has seen?
