Convert VCF to mpileup/synchronized format
Hiii, I have a VCF file and i want Sync file (usually an output from popoolation2 tool), otherwise mpileup file. I need tool/ command for any of these two conversions. I am working on Ubuntu terminal (Linux). Please help me out!! Basically i need Synchronized file for Fst analysis.
