about snp prediction
Hi,is there any easiest way to upload rs id's into SIFT input box to find out SNP? It is very tedious and time consuming that uploading rs id's one by one..please suggest me the way...

Another alternative is OpenCRAVAT, which is a GUI you can install on your laptop. If you install the dbSNP plugin in OpenCRAVAT, you can enter many rsids and obtain their SIFT score (or a lot of other annotations/predictions). There are no limits on the number of rsids you can submit through this approach.
