How to find a pathway from bacteria to disease

Hi, I want to find a pathway from bacteria to genes all the way to a disease. Is there any user friendly website that I can use? I looked into KEEG and it was confusing to me. Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

Is it a plant or an animal? For mouse, you can try MGI. It has information on genes-disease connection as well. For pathway, you can also try Reactome. Both are very user-friendly. Reactome has version of plants as well.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/fun4me/ package will give you gene predictions, functional annotations from GO and metabolic pathways.
