Pipeline or Softwares to predict small molecular inhibitors to NCOA7

Hi All,

I want to know how to predict the small molecular inhibitor to NCOA7. Please share the pipeline, or software and some suggestion to do that.

It is not an enzyme, but a Nuclear Receptor Coactivator. I want to find a small molecular which can be used to inhibit the binding with his co-function protein.
