Changing the color of significantly up- or downregulated peaks in volcano plot from Diffbind
Hello all,
I'm working on plotting some ATAC-seq results (I know, ATAC-seq peaks are not up- or downregulated, but I wanted a more diverse group to look at this post) from DiffBind. What I would really like to do is change the color of each side of the volcano plot, so that significantly more accessible peaks are red, and the significantly less accessible peaks are blue.
Does anyone know how to do this?
