Dear all,

I am picking up primers through NCBI Primer-BLAST and it keeps returning the following error:

Exception error: No alias or index file found for nucleotide database [repeat/repeat_9989] in search path [/export/home/service/grid_nodes/primertool:/netmnt/blast/db/disk.blast/blast2150:/net/frosty/vol/blast/db/blast:] .

I am not sure it has anything to do with my parameters because I have tried the same genes and options previously and it has worked. I' ve looked through the forum and similar post only talk of this problem in BLAST+, but not on the web. It might be a temporary problem, but any idea of what might be going on?
