how to filter gene using genefilter package?
i have data which contain gene_id and 98 samples. i want to filter out those genes which values is higher than 0.5.
data: gene_id sample1 sample2 sample98 hsa-019b 0. 284 1.326 0.89 hsa-98 0.546 0.29 0.94
