CAP-miRSeq installation error miRDeep2

Hi everyone!

I have been trying to install CAP-miRSeq, and I think I have installed all the requiered software, but when I run the check_install script this error message comes;

Checking for miRDeep2 -- Invalid version format (non-numeric data) at /home/superuser/CAP-miRSEQ/scripts/env_check                /Tools/Verify.pm line 882, <TOOLINFO> line 63.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

You may be able to ignore this error if the script is having a problem parsing/checking version number. You are able to find miRDeep in your $PATH (by which miRDeep2)?
