Where Can I Download Truth, Training sets for the bovine genome.
Hello, I am working on creating a re-calibrated table for VQSR therefore I need -resource vcf files such as HD_truth.vcf, GGPF250_truth.vcf, Affy_truth.vcf, Run7-TauInd-SNP-truth.vcf, Run7-TauInd-SNP-training.vcf.
However, I have no idea where to retrive these vcf from? Any help would be appreciated
