Plasmid sequencing through illumina Miseq

I am a newbie at plasmid sequencing. I want to sequence plasmids isolated from Vibrio through illumina Miseq 300bp PE platform. Whether i will get the complete plasmid and can i pool my all plasmids together for a single Miseq run to save money? Secondly can i get the complete plasmid sequence through 300bp PE Miseq and for each run of miseq how much it will cost? Thank You

Just to sum this up:

1) Yes you can pool samples. The keyword here would be multiplexing via different indices. Please google for more information on that. The library prep kits cover that.

2) For pricing please visit the Illumina website or get a quote from a sequencing provider. MiSeq v3 300cycles is somewhat 1000€.
