Hi, hopefully this is allowed on the forum - sorry if not.

I'm designing an RNAseq experiment and obviously trying to keep costs as low as possible. I'm not at all experienced with costing it and some of the other threads are probably quite out of date.

Can people help with some ballpark figures for the amount it should cost for library prep, cost per million reads, cost per replicate etc. I suppose we will be using the Illumina HiSeq or MiSeq platform.

Also - if anyone has some places which they've used for RNAseq which they would/wouldn't recommend, I would be interested in hearing them.
