Hi, sorry for asking a simple maths question but I have been unable to plot any forest plots as my data is not comparable. I have ran a GWAS using plink and the outputs include; effect size, t-statistics and SE. However, the meta-analysis I ran outputs Z-scores and direction. I'm not sure how to make the all the data sets comparable. Any help would be much appreciated.
