How can I get the list of the largest gene sequence involved in a pathway? I wanted to classify the largest gene sequences in all KEGG pathways. Eg:- Largest gene based on the sequence in the glycolysis pathway?

May I ask why this is useful? Do you mean total gene length in the genome or longest transcript or longest coding sequence? What is the analysis goal?
