Contig-Kegg Mapping
I have done mapping using KEGG automatic annotation server (KAAS) with contig sequences by bi-directional best hit method. KEGG just gives list of pathways involved. I would like to know which contig id mapped to which pathway?.

You need to check the query.ko (text) file when your KAAS completes the annotation. There you can find the contigs assigned with KO ID's.
