How is the Bolt LMM INFO Score calculated?

Hi

I am trying to find what exactly does the INFO score from the results of Bolt LMM measure (there is nothing in the user manual and google has come up empty). I am assuming that it refers to the imputation accuracy taken from the genotype probabilities but does anyone have a link or know what is the theory/formula that it is derived from?

Thanks genomax. I did as you suggested and contacted the developer. It is calculated using the formula developed by [Marchini and Howie] in their 2010 Nature Review Genetics paper.
