Thank you so much. Can you recommend me some lectures kind of tutorials?
Hello everyone...I need suggestion in deciding which course is good to learn about RNA-seq analysis.
I am a newbie in transcriptomics. I have used standard tools to understand how RNA sequencing analysis is done but when it comes to interpretation of results and data visualization I have zero knowledge. so, I want to start understanding RNA-seq analysis from the very beginning.
I have found https://github.com/griffithlab/rnaseq_tutorial which a lot of people mention that it's a good place to start. But bez i am a newbie I would prefer to go through material which has a flow from point A to point B.
so, I have found this course file:///C:/Users/Parul/Desktop/Online%20Bioinformatics%20Courses%20in%20Transcriptomics%20-%20T-BioInfo%20in%20Education.html
I have also found a coursera course https://www.coursera.org/learn/genomic-tools#syllabus
plz let me know that among all these three which one is better and if u know some other better tutorials plz recommend.
Have a good new year folks!!

p.singhbioinfo Griffith lab tutorial is very sequential, elaborate and reproducible, to the best of my knowledge. Please follow it if you can. You can also follow https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/workflows/vignettes/rnaseqGene/inst/doc/rnaseqGene.html, https://digibio.blogspot.com/2017/10/rnaseq-data-analysis-tuxedo-new-protocol.html
Thank you so much genomax. It is really helping.
