comparison between GAIA method and previous methods?
Hello guys, As mentioned in many papers GAIA can perform better than previous methods like GITIC2.0, JISTIC, and others, due to the advantage of the peeling-off it adopted. Therefore, If I want to compare GAIA with any previous method, which one I can consider? are there any computational scripts or package information about those methods I can reproduce it for further comparison?
