Cell line to tissue/disease mapping?
Does anyone know of an existing table/CSV mapping cell lines to tissue and/or disease states?
For example, looking up "HCT116" on Cellosaurus yields "Colon carcinoma" under Disease: https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_0291
I could scrape together my own but was wondering if anyone else had already done this?
