Data set containing corresponding RNA-seq and RT-Qpcr data
Can anybody please direct me to a study where they have published RNA seq and RT-qPCR data of the same organism? There are experiments that have validated RNA-seq using RT-qPCR, but they published only fold changes and not the raw Ct values. My work requires both the raw read counts and raw ct values. The disease is irrelevant.

There is this quite old comparison of the MAQC data which is regularly repeated (e.g. in the ABRF study), but the original paper contained assays like TaqMan, QuantiGene, and StaRT-PCR:
