microRNA qPCR and RNAseq correlation
What is a good correlation coefficient to use when looking at qPCR expression and RNA seq expression? I saw some papers with r = 0.5 and others with r = 0.9. I know the higher the r value the stronger the correlation, but what threshold is good enough for RT-qPCR and microRNA sequencing expression values??
