ChromHMM OverlapEnrichment Output Description
Hi~ o(￣▽￣)ブI am a newbie
I'm working with the ChromHMM OverlapEnrichment.
inputsegment is using ChromHMM LearnModel's output XXX_segment.bed
inputcoorddir is segments of the wgEncodeBroadHmmGm12878HMMhg38.bed classification by 15 status
My question is the Genome % in the output .png, what is this??
